MedTech Innovator 2023 Grand Prize Finalists Announced

The 2023 finalists of the world’s largest medtech accelerator have been announced, including medical device start-ups relating to a range of conditions including epilepsy, stroke, heart failure, peripheral nerve injuries and osteoarthritis.
Grand prize finalists of the MedTech Innovator program were IFPx, Neurava Inc, Newrotex Ltd, StrokeDx and Fingy3D, while Execution Award Finalists were Hypervision Surgical, Intershunt Technologies Inc, Opticyte, Prana Thoracic and Sparta Biomedical.
These 10 finalists were selected from a field of 61 companies for “their outstanding dedication and capability to improve patient care worldwide”, and go on to complete for the $US350,000 non-dilutive grand prize this month.
Two striking innovation amongst an array of pioneering devices including Fingy3D’s cost effective, on-demand customised prosthetic finger built using artificial intelligence-powered scanning, and StrokeDx’s stroke diagnostic technology using handheld sensors.
MedTech Innovator has graduated over 500 companies since 2013 that have raised $US6.8 billion plus in follow-on funding.
